DESCRIPTION

The ABSOLUTE 360 Infrared Calf and Shin Supports, from the IR Body Support product range, are made from an innovative far infrared (FIR) emitting fibre. The far infrared (FIR) fibre absorbs the infrared radiation emitted by the human body and re-emits this absorbed radiation as far infrared (FIR) waves, which interact with the human body, stimulating its natural healing processes.

The calf and shin supports have been designed to provide optimum support to the calf and shin for the prevention of lower leg injuries during sporting and occupational activities where calves or shins might be subject to strain or overuse.

The construction of the calf and shin supports makes them suitable for running, cycling, walking, hiking, triathlon, skiing, snowboarding, travelling and lots of other activities. The supporting effect and dynamic compression of the ABSOLUTE 360 calf and shin supports helps to reduce muscle vibrations, leading to less soft tissue damage and less sore muscles.

The far infrared fibre properties of the calf and shin supports improve peripheral microcirculation to the calf muscle with higher levels of oxygen and optimised muscle performance, delaying the onset of muscular fatigue. The circulation improvements will help the body eliminate metabolic waste products like lactic acid more easily by decreasing muscle recovery time and reducing the onset of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)

Unlike typical supports or calf sleeves, the ABSOLUTE 360 calf and shin supports offer light support and gentle compression, allowing for use over extended periods of time without discomfort. They combine function, optimal comfort and a great fit to help reduce calf and shin pain, and to support injured or weak calves or shins.

The specific 3D “wave” pattern construction provides a micro-massaging effect and dynamic compression to the calf even during rest periods.

The calf and shin supports are lightweight, thin, low profile, neoprene-free and latex-free. The slimline and thin design means they can easily be worn under everyday clothes.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

Ensure you choose the correct size, this is very important. If you are on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. The measurement required is the calf circumference at the thickest point, while in a standing position.
