Delivery Information
We want to make your shopping experience at ABSOLUTE360 as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. That’s why we have introduced, shopPay, PayPal, and GPay Express check out, and the ability to order without registering.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day. Orders placed at the weekend and on English Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next working day.
Every effort is made to ensure your order is dispatched in the time specified. However, in circumstances beyond our control your order may be delayed. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Delivery will typically be made in 2-3 working days in the UK, 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the Rest of the World. Working days for international delivery may vary due to local customs.
Please note - the selected delivery time frame only begins from the date your order is shipped and NOT the date the order is placed. For overseas orders, delivery times are subjected to the quarantine rules of your country.
UK orders below £20 will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders of the value of £20 or above will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you wish to upgrade your delivery, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24, and the option will be shown at checkout. Orders qualifying for FREE delivery will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Worldwide orders - Europe, the USA and the Rest of the World - will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked. Full tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has left our warehouse. Please see Royal Mail World zones for more information.
The delivery cost for Europe and the Rest of the World will depend on the size and weight of the goods, and it will be calculated and displayed at check out.
We offer FREE delivery on qualifying orders. The threshold for UK orders is £39, for worldwide orders is £200.

TAXES AND DUTIES

IMPORT DUTIES
Orders for delivery outside the UK might be subject to export/import duties and taxes. The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of the duties and taxes. Please refer to the Import Duties section of our Term and Conditions for more details.

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 working days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
