Return Policy

At ABSOLUTE360, delighting our customers is fundamental to how we do things. ABSOLUTE360 stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope you are thrilled with your purchase.

If for any reason, you need to return part, or all of your order for either an exchange or refund, we will accept your return within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We have made our return policy as easy and straightforward as possible. To initiate a return, please reach out to us via the contact page here, letting us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order to us – except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product.

We would advise using a recorded service when posting returns to us. Make sure you ask for proof of posting from your Post Office as you will be liable for the items until they reach us. ABSOLUTE360 cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

CONDITIONS

Returns will happily be accepted if all the conditions outlined below are met:

Only items purchased directly from ABSOLUTE360 can be returned to us. Items purchased anywhere else must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Return window – you must request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order.

An item is only eligible for return if it is in the same as-new condition in which it was delivered – unwashed and unworn – in the original packaging and with the swing tag attached.

ABSOLUTE360 will inspect all returned items and make a decision regarding whether a return can be accepted.

 

RETURN CONFIRMATION

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the goods reach us and have been checked that they can be re-stocked. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been accepted and processed.

If a product doesn’t meet our return conditions, ABSOLUTE360 will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund or exchange can be issued. You can choose one of the following options:

The goods will be sent back to you once the shipping cost for resending the goods has been paid.

The goods will be recycled.

 

REASONS FOR NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS

ABSOLUTE360 reserves the right to deny a return for any of the following reasons:

Custom made products with personalisation or logos.

Items that have been worn or used and cannot re-stocked

Clearance items may not be returned, and this will be clearly noted on the product detail page.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

    RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

    We have taken great care designing and producing awesome products to let you do what you love most, but sometimes things go wrong and we may have missed a slight defect in an item.

    In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us via the contact page here so we can initiate a return for you. We will cover the cost of returning the item back to us by sending you a pre-paid label.

     

    RETURNING AN INCORRECT DELIVERY

    If a mistake has been made and you have received a different item from what you ordered, please contact us via the contact page here so we can initiate a return for you. We will cover the cost of returning the item back to us by sending you a pre-paid label.

     

    EXCHANGES

    If you need to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we are happy to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and if we are not able to exchange for a suitable replacement we will provide you with a refund.

     

    REFUNDS

    A refund, to the value of the returned items, will be issued to the original method of payment once your returned items have been received and the necessary quality checks have been conducted.

    We aim to issue a refund as soon as possible and in any case within five working days of us receiving your return. We will send you an email to let you know that your refund has been processed.

    Any delivery charges paid at the time of your order are excluded from the refund (except for orders returned due to wrong, faulty or damaged items).
