DESCRIPTION
The ABSOLUTE 360 Infrared Ankle Support, from the IR Body Support product range, is made from an innovative far infrared (FIR) emitting fibre. The far infrared (FIR) fibre absorbs the infrared radiation emitted by the human body and re-emits this absorbed radiation as far infrared (FIR) waves, which interact with the human body, stimulating its natural healing processes.
The ankle support has been designed to provide optimum support to the ankle joint for the prevention of ankle injuries during sporting and occupational activities where the ankle joint might be subject to strain or overuse.
Unlike typical supports, the ABSOLUTE 360 ankle support offers light compression allowing for use over extended periods of time without discomfort. It combines function, optimal comfort and a great fit to help reduce ankle pain, support injured, weak or arthritic ankles, and soothe stiff joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles.
The specific 3D “wave” pattern construction provides a micro-massaging effect and dynamic compression to the ankle joint even during rest periods.
The ankle support is lightweight, thin, low profile, neoprene-free and latex-free. The slimline and thin design means it can easily be worn under everyday clothes and shoes.
The ABSOLUTE 360 ankle support is recommended for; post-trauma rehabilitation (sprains, strains and contusions with oedemas and swelling), post-surgery rehabilitation, treatment of ankle pain due to muscular lesions, inflammation of the ankle joint, bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, plantar fasciitis, rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis, and chronic ankle instability. The emission of far infrared penetrates deep into the area promoting improved peripheral microcirculation aiding the healing process. It also helps relieve minor pain and discomfort.
During recovery and rehabilitation, we recommend wearing the support as much as possible, at least every day for a minimum of 6/8 hours a day.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Ensure you choose the correct size, this is very important. If you are on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. The measurement required is the ankle circumference. The ankle needs to be flexed to record an accurate measurement.

Comfy
I have arthritis in the tops of both feet, I use these after a run or when my feet are particularly painful for gentle support and breatheable warmth. I sometimes even wear them in bed to help with circulation overnight. They’re great.

Great healer
Used this ankle support after I sprained my ankle, found it really comfortable to wear and definitely helped with the healing. Nice and lightweight so could wear it under my trainers and also still had flexibility in my foot. Definitely recommend

Superb product ankle support
I enquired about this product as i have a slight ankle injusry and needed an extra bit of support for my running. Umberto called me back instantly and said i could pick it up as soon as i like. Within 15 minutes of enquiring i had picked it up. The support is really good and fits perfectly under a sock, very comfortable and easy to run with, just the correct compression, would definitely recommend the product and the fantastic customer service

Helps reduce minor pain
I purchased the ankle support because I can get pain in the top of my foot and front of my ankle. The support helps a lot. This is one of several items I have purchased from Absolute 360 over the years (e.g. also knee supports which for me have proved very effective, for example for cycling to minimise minor pain in my knees).
